I was googling around using the keywords “bored with debt snowball” to see what would come up, and I found something that I immediately signed up for. It’s Creditable. It doesn’t require you to link your accounts, so you just enter your hard data and it tracks your debt snowball.

I’m not sure how I feel about the budget section of the site (kind of clunky but maybe it gets easier to use?) but the graphs showing how quickly you can pay down your debt are nice, as are the scenario options. Like, “what will it look like if I pay $200 extra toward my debt vs. $500 extra?” and it gives you the timeline.

I’ll continue to play around with Creditable to see if it makes me more inspired to snowball. It already looks more fun than spreadsheets.

  1. Sounds interesting! I have used some similar calculators before but never a dedicated site where you could store your info.
